How it works
From your last appointment in Istanbul to post-treatment review — four steps, no surprises.

Treatment in Istanbul
You finish your treatment at our Pendik clinic and fly home. You leave with treatment notes, material details where applicable, care instructions and your coordinator contact.

Day-3 follow-up call
Your patient coordinator calls you on day 3, week 1, month 1 and month 3. If everything is healing as expected, no in-person check is needed.

7-day check-in email
You also receive a structured email at one week with three photo prompts (front, occlusal, gum line). Reply with the photos and your treating dentist reviews them within 48 hours.

Clinical next-step review
If anything is off — pain that is not settling, a high bite, or a suture concern — we explain whether a local dental check, remote review or clinic visit is the right next step.
Remote follow-up consultations
When follow-up is needed after treatment, the coordinator collects your notes, photos or X-rays and routes the case to the clinical team.
- Booked through the same coordinator who handled your trip.
- Timing is confirmed according to clinic availability.
- Conducted on Zoom or WhatsApp video, whichever you prefer.
- Notes are written into your patient file and shared with you by email afterwards.
Many concerns can be clarified remotely — bite questions, sensitivity, post-op care, suture guidance. If local examination is clinically safer, we say that clearly.
